We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable fees, and strive to make your surgical care affordable for you. Our office offers numerous payment options that will make your experience at Casey Surgical Arts very simple.
We accept payment via Cash, Bank Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
To help individuals with this responsibility, we participate with MD Funding and Care Credit. This allows you or your loved one to have the procedures you need or have always wanted by:
- Spreading out the cost of treatment over 5 years in affordable monthly payments with no down payment necessary.
- Eliminating pre-payment penalties, so you can complete your payments when it is convenient for you.
- Eliminating any commitment at the time of application, so you can apply NOW in the comfort of your home to see if you qualify. You may also consider a Co-signer if you are declined.

Insurance Policy
We work with all insurances and as a courtesy to all of our patients submit insurance claims to your benefit so that you may receive maximum reimbursement.
Please complete the insurance and subscriber information completely on the forms and email or fax to us prior to your appointment so that we can assist you in obtaining your benefits.
