Julie is the cornerstone of our practice. She is the office manager and has been with Casey Cosmetic Surgery for over 10 years. Julie has over 18 years‘ experience in the Medical Field and has specialized in Cosmetic surgery. She has extensive training in Customer Service, Management, Daily Operation and Finance Management. Julie continues to exceed our expectations and those of our patients.

She was born & raised in Ft. Myers, Florida. In her free time she enjoys boating, fishing and traveling to the Caribbean with her family.

Justine is originally from New Jersey and is now happy to call Southwest Florida home. She brings over 20 years of experience to our practice as a surgical treatment coordinator. Her friendly demeanor paired with her knowledge and dedication allows her to provide exceptional service to our patients.

Justine is a world traveler. She loves to experience new things and see new places. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her loved ones, near and far.

Lissette has worked in aesthetics for the past 11 years. She has a passion for skin care and believes that investing in your skin is a benefit that will last a life time. She takes pride in each treatment she performs and connects with each patient, establishing trust and providing personal attention to their individual needs. Her goal is to give every patient an excellent experience during their visit with us.

Lissette has a daughter and two sons. They both proudly serve our country, one being a Marine and the other in the Navy. In her spare time she enjoys making memories with her friends and family as well as going to the gym. 

Naya has always had a passion for aesthetics. Her goal is for each of her clients to have beautiful skin, and she strives to make patients comfortable and happy. Naya is certified in neuromodulators as well as fillers. Besides her degree as an RN, she also earned a Masters in aesthetics and is licensed as an aesthetician.

In her free time, Naya enjoys traveling around the world and doing yoga.

Terry comes to Casey Cosmetic Surgery with over 14 years of experience in Aesthetic Practice Management , and Aesthetic Business Development of multiple locations. She holds dual aesthetic licenses for both Florida and Ohio. Her background in managing large, national leading accounts is extensive. Most importantly, she enjoys taking time with each patient to assure they have the best possible experience from the moment they walk through the door until their treatment process is complete.

Terry relocated to Florida from her horse farm in Ohio five years ago. She and her husband enjoy exploring our beautiful state, relaxing on the weekends and spending time with friends.

Holly brings to our practice a highly successful and professionally broad 29 year career as a Registered Nurse.  For the past 10 years Holly has established herself as a highly skilled Certified Nurse Injector with training and certifications through Allergan,  Galderma, Merz, and Dermik. She has sought out and received advanced training through Master Courses and is also proficient in advanced techniques with blunt tip cannula injection. During all of these years as a Nurse Injector Holly has focused on and applied her extensive training and experience in cosmetic injectables and lasers to hundreds of patients. She prides herself on being up to date with any and all new products and procedures that she can then use in order to create the best experience possible for her patients. With every patient Holly strives to create results which not only make them feel good about the way they look but also about the way they feel. Holly has two sons and one granddaughter. When not immersed in her Nurse Injector career she enjoys working out, spending time with her husband, going to the beach and boating.

Maurice, a New Jersey native, moved to Naples in 2012. His love of biology and science coupled with years spent working by Dr. Casey’s side make him indispensable to our practice.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Maurice loves helping patients have a great experience. He is passionate about learning and surgical assisting. 

In his free time Maurice enjoys going to the gym and spending time with his family and friends.

Dr. Casey is double board certified in Cosmetic Surgery and Maxillofacial Surgery by the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery as well as the American Board of Maxillofacial Surgery. He is fellowship trained in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His surgical residency was completed at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City and his fellowship is accredited by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
